EXTERIOR PANEL SYSTEMS

Southwest Specialty Contractors is experienced in the installation of numerous types of architectural exterior panels, including composite, single skin, insulated and corrugated metal wall panels, Fiber C and other cement cladding, column covers and Trespa HPL panels. We work closely with suppliers to meet schedule and design requirements, provide value engineered suggestions and timely installation. Southwest Specialty Contractors can also provide Design Build/Assist services as they relate to the exterior cladding packages.

ACOUSTICAL AND SPECIALTY CEILINGS

Ceilings Systems offered include all types of Acoustical Ceilings for Resort, Office, Retail and Health Care applications, as well as all types of Wood Ceilings, Linear Wood, Wood Panel Grilles in a variety of dimensions, wood species and finish stains. We also offer all types of Metal Ceiling Systems for interior and exterior applications, including Linear, Curved and Serpentine Metal, Metal fascia and soffit Panels. Southwest Specialty Contractors is also the Las Vegas certified installer of Newmat stretch PVC Ceilings.

WALL SYSTEMS, WALL PANELS & WALL PROTECTION

SWSC can provide and install all types of stretch-wall fabric systems, prefabricated wall panels, diffusers and absorber panels for a full range of acoustical solutions. These panels are available in many types of fabrics, leathers, synthetic materials and with printed digital imagery to provide the customer a truly custom project. Southwest Specialty Contractors also installs full lines of wall protection, including FRP Wall Panels, Diamondplate Wall Panels and protective Crash Rails.


OTHERS SCOPES PERFORMED:ACCESS FLOORING

Access flooring allows an Owner to maintain all communication, electrical and mechanical services for technology systems with a cost-effective, panelized raised flooring system that also accommodates air flow and seismic considerations. Access flooring is available in a variety of laminate, vinyl and powder coated finishes or can also be concealed beneath carpet or tile.
UNISTRUT SUPPORT SYSTEMSSouthwest Specialty Contractors can provide installation and engineering for Unistrut support systems to carry or support lightweight structural loads in building construction, including drywall framing and MEP supports such as lighting, HVAC, equipment and data racks and many other MEP systems.
